Matolwyk (mat-ole-wick) daughter of the Varbed (var-bed) knights,
keeper of the Sword of Silence.
Matolwyk is an albino Alarion with both Nafeen and Earthling ancestors. She
is an introvert who is more comfortable with large feline animals native of Varbed, than with humans. Swift and silent, she
is often thought a ghost or invisible to her enemies. She is small but observant and quick thinking.
Her brother was lost to disease, leaving behind five young children. Matolwyk
chooses to answer the Sektora's call to duty instead of sending her teen-aged nephew. She leaves him to care for his
